Yeah it is about 3 hours from us....It was fun! They had awesome stuff there. Its a huge festival...It was that or a giant Peanut in Dothan LOL!

I stayed up til 3:30 playing games with cousins. We took a little break at midnight to watch the ball drop on tv.

My family watched that ball drop, but I was too busy sleeping to actually stay up all night and watch it. I was out after like the first 5 performances. My new Year's Day was spent on my mom's Facebook account posting on the Wt Meeting page!

I stayed with my family until around 1 am, but I missed my friends so I took a cab to them. In the morning I was a bit sorry I left my family... I made the night unnecessarily tiring... But a lesson has been learned.

It's a fake peanut about 3 foot tall....They dress them up at all the shops in the city and have contests and serve boiled peanuts and cantaloupe ice cream!

I would have LOVED a game night in the New Year's Eve! I envy you... I'm trying to get my family to play a game of Clue for months now, still without success.

My fiance and I went to his friends house for a big party. We just kind of hung out there until 1:30 or so. I didn't get to see the ball drop though because the guy doesn't have cable or an antenna

We were out and had a great time! My head didn't hit the pillow until about 4:30 in the morning. Crazy!! :p
