screenie help needed!

I need help posting images!
So I have my screenshot on my copy and paste thing now what??

I have a windows computer

I click prt sc and then what??

open paint and paste into there then crop then upload it to a sharing site like imagur or tinypic or photobucket then copy the link for forums

Does it come with my computer/

You should have the program Paint on your PC.  At the bottom left, click on the icon window and open Paint.  Click paste, then your image should be in Paint.  From there, you can save it on your hard drive, then upload to an image hosting site.

Do you have paint? You have to paste your image there (Ii use paint because it's really easy). Then you save, upload on a photo host site, copy image code and paste it here.

Do you have a window icon, at the bottom left of your screen? If so, then click on that. The menu should show the program Paint.

Freeze I have windows 8 also and if ended up having to type paint in the search to get it to pop up. It's not as easy to find as in previous windows, at least it wasn't for me.

I have avoided 8 forever. And I'm glad I am. I'm happily using 7 still. lol.
I tried out a friend's 8 tablet and that was bamboozling!

Glad you got it figured out!  Not sure what version of Windows I have on my desktop PC, but it must not be Windows 8.  I believe DH has Windows 8 on his new tablet/laptop, which he plans to give to me, since I'm giving up my laptop to my DD.  I haven't really tried to navigate through Windows 8 yet, and it sounds like I won't like it much.
