I've noticed about the tagging, but it's not important right now. You did a great job!

She just has to log in again, since it doesn't log you in automatically.

lol I use FB all the time. But never has a chat thread like that. lol When it's a fan page like that was, it mixes up the posts. On a regular, personal page, it doesn't do that, it keeps them in order.

Is there a way to set up avatars?

Go to either "Profile" in the navbar [the one that glows] or "edit profile" if you click your name on the toolbar [the green dotted bar next to Notifications]
There will be a small tab with black lettering where you can edit your avatar, as well a few other things
