I had 4 accounts that did not get the Christmas gift.  I finally got an email this morning stating the gift boxes were awarded and placed in my docks.  They also said they gave me the plush for the Santakinz item (I asked for a mix of random items, but I'm OK with all plushies).  Anyway, still no gift boxes in my docks, although the plush was at the very end of the objects section.

I'm not happy, though.  What happened to the Shortbread Stars and the Holiday Elf Hat, which were also supposed to be part of the gift?  None of my 4 accounts got those items.  I really like the elf hat, so I sent them a reply back.  I can't understand why it's so hard to resolve this problem.
